Quoted Rates

Please note that whilst rates are correct at the time of booking, from time to time rates may vary due to rate exchange fluctuation. If the rate quoted for rental or additional extras are not correct due to late supplier notification of seasonal or high season rate changes you will be notified by email and will be asked to confirm your request before your reservation is processed. Please note that 100cars.ro will not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any reservation based on such errors.

Vehicles

Under the terms of the suppliers agreement with 100cars.ro vehicles are guaranteed by vehicle group and not model. Suppliers undertake to provide an alternative model in the same group with the same specification eg. Automatic, A/C or seating capacity or higher if the model selected is not available.

What’s included

100cars.ro rental rates include unlimited mileage (unless indicated), VAT, Tax, Location fees, 24 hour Breakdown cover, Details will be provided if available.

What’s not included

Personal accident insurance is not included. You maybe covered in your holiday insurance, also check with your credit card company. All charges and taxes are included as advised.

Optional Extras

Child seats: these are mandatory in Romania and must be requested at the time of booking. Mobile Phones, Roof Racks, Ski Racks, Snow Chains, Continental Surcharge, Additional Driver, Young drivers surcharge, Out of hours delivery/collection, additional insurance to cover cross border travel where applicable.

Cancellation Charges

100cars.ro require confirmation in writing by email of your request for cancellation. Please note whilst we are able to cancel your request with the supplier and there is no charge under the terms of our contract.

Drivers age

If you are under 25 years of age please check when requesting a reservation for any extra charges which may apply. Please inform our reservations staff at the time of booking if the driver is over 71 years of age. Some age restrictions may apply.

Driving licence

Drivers must produce a Valid Driving Licence held for a least 12 months with acceptable endorsements only. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving licence No refunds will be given for rentals rejected due to such errors. Faxed or photocopied licences are not acceptable. Please note the suppliers can refuse to provide a vehicle to any customer who is, in their opinion, unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements.

Rental Documents

The terms and conditions of your rental are subject to the individual supplier.
